CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. It's the process by which professionals maintain and enhance their knowledge and skills throughout their careers. Accreditation ensures that learning activities meet quality standards and are recognized by professional bodies and employers worldwide.

The standard evaluation process takes 2-3 weeks from submission of all required materials. For our Enterprise clients with priority evaluation, this can be reduced to 5-7 business days. Complex courses or those requiring revisions may take longer.

We evaluate courses based on: learning outcomes and objectives, content quality and relevance, instructional design, assessment methods, instructor qualifications, and practical application. Our full evaluation framework is available to applicants upon request.

Courses are graded from A+ (exceptional quality) to C (meets minimum standards). The grade is based on scores across multiple criteria including content depth, instructional quality, practical relevance, and assessment rigor. Organizations can use these grades to showcase their course quality to potential participants.

We provide detailed feedback on areas needing improvement. You can revise and resubmit your course within 6 months at no additional cost (beyond initial application fee). Our team is available to consult on improvements if needed.
